Snowmen
It has been so much fun making these snowmen. Each one seems to have his own personality and decorating them is limitless.
Not my own idea. I got it from last years issue of Cloth, Paper, Scissors. My own take is a lot different than theirs when it comes to embellishment. The possibilities are such a challenge. To the point of driving my Spud (husband) nuts, as I raid the garage to find stuff to decorate them with. Poor Spud is learning that the garage is not his. Lol! Nothing is sacred from a creative mind. Especially mine. Water faucet handles, door knobs, fuses, springs, and stuff I don't even know what it's called.
I hope all of you are raiding anything that looks cool and can be up-cycled. I love the challenge in that and hope you do too.

Miss Kitty
Do you ever have that one little treasure stashed somewhere, that you absolutely love, but don't know what to use it on? Well the Kitty button face was one of mine, until I found this odd shaped piece of wood for the body. I stared at that piece of wood and then it was, OH! OH! I got it!
She looks oblivious to the bird in her pocket or maybe the paw prints are from her stuffing Tweety in there. LOL! I must be loosing it. Well okay for those who know me well, I lost it a long time ago. Life's too short to be too serious.
Have a create day! Love you all-Nina

Jewelry Display
This is a jewelry display I made for the art show. The antique doll was missing her legs. I knew I put off sewing her new ones for a reason. I covered the top and bottom of the lamp shade frame with antique lace, so necklaces would not slide or scratch. She is mounted to an antique spool that slides onto the handle of a two tiered serving dish. I cut the top plate off, leaving the rod in the center. I love the look of the pounded copper plate. It helped keep the piece looking old and is great to set rings, bangle bracelets, ect.. on.
This is a fun project, and I hope it gives you a lot of ideas, now go create! I love you all.
God Bless- Nina
